She has cultivated deep expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial & logistics asset classes, advising high-net-worth families and investors across Australia and Asia on cross-border asset allocation, investment structures, and long-term hold strategies.

Since entering the industry in 2013, Eva has contributed to multiple significant property projects, with her team’s annual project scale consistently reaching hundreds of millions of AUD. Tina Zhao graduated in 1992 from Southwest Jiaotong University, a prestigious “Double First-Class” university in China. After graduation, she worked for seven years in paper sales at Tiantian Paper Group, gaining solid industry experience.

In 1999, she founded and has since managed Kunming Haifeng Paper Co., Ltd., overseeing the company’s overall operations and market development.

Since 2019, Tina has also been engaged in real estate sales in Australia. She is familiar with market operations in both China and Australia and has extensive experience in business management, customer service, and market expansion.

Xiaoyun graduated in 1992 and began her career in general merchandise sales at Harbin Railway Station, where she gained extensive hands-on business experience. In 1994, she moved to Shanghai and worked in sales at several department stores, quickly earning customer recognition through her excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.

In 1996, she founded a leather goods and footwear company, which rapidly grew to become a supplier for multiple large chain supermarkets — demonstrating her outstanding leadership and entrepreneurial ability.

As a teenager Mark migrated to Australia with his parents from Poland. His passion for problem solving led him to Mechanical Engineering at RMIT University. Upon graduation he worked for Private and Government sectors. Some of those roles are major projects that built this city. Including Collins Place and Government Aircraft Factories in Fisherman’s Bend and Avalon.
