Around the age of 10 every weekend I recall joining my stepfather at Saturday auctions. Seeing industry professionals in action impressed upon me the dynamism of the industry. It immediately caught my attention.
Then as a teenager observing my mother purchase, renovate then capitalise on old worn down pre-loved forgotten houses then later entire unit blocks in St. Kilda, I realised the reward & satisfaction that real estate can bring into your life.
To pay my own way through university I became a licensed agent at 18. Following on my desire for financial independence I bought my first house at 20.
Now 38 years later I have bought and sold property along the East Coast of Australia, USA and SE Asia. I have worked for mum's & dad's to multinational heavy weight manufacturers and their executives to supply the right fit property, realise their dreams & aspirations and create wealth for all involved.
Through TV interviews I have been on the record consistently espousing the virtues of real estate. As well as warning about our current housing crisis for the last 20 years.
